Mayan Skirt Steak

Ingredients:
Thinly sliced beef in Achiote marinade
(Skirt Steak)
2 lbs. beef loin New York steak, thinly
sliced (Skirt Steak/Carne Asada)
1/2 cup distilled vinegar
One-half 3.5 oz. Achiote Del Mayab brick
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. ground cumin
Salt for taste
Directions:
Dissolve Achiote Del Mayab in vinegar, cumin, and 2 Tbsp. oil. Place beef in Achiote mixture and marinate for at least 1 hour or leave overnight. Drain juices from meat before cooking and place remaining Tbsp. oil in frying pan. Cook each side of beef for approximately 10 min. on medium heat. Serves 4 to 6 people.
